Course Description:
Gain knowledge and tips to improve physical, mental and emotional health based on the real-life experience of someone who has lost over 100 pounds, naturally, and kept it off for over 15 years.

About the Instructor:​​

Lucienne Taylor is an enthusiastic and dynamic attorney, writer and performer but has made wellness her passion first and foremost. By overcoming obesity without surgery or ‘lose weight quick’ schemes, Lucienne has mastered certain practices that when performed consistently will improve anyone’s physical, mental and emotional health. As a transactional attorney for over a decade, Lucienne has successfully counseled high profile Technology, Financial and Entertainment Companies. She is a prolific writer with a degree in Journalism and has made her presence known on Broadway where her knack for sporadic and unpredictable comedy coloring has been greatly received. Lucienne believes you’re never too young or too old to transform your health and learn to put wellness first.

•Reasonably applying new routines and practices even in quarantine
•Diet - what’s really good
•Exercise - let’s really get into it
•Daily Choices (please be prepared to share your stories so that Luci can address any concerns personally)
